Then I leaned into what gives us life and vitality to focus on improving energy. It comes down to taking care of the physical body, prioritizing your emotional well-being, and supporting your energetic body. Breaking through the constant energy draining patterns that keep us stuck.

Megan is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with extensive experience in the corporate wellness & lifestyle medicine health coaching. Alongside this, she holds certifications as a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Reiki Master, Group Chakra Healing & Balancing.

Her journey of transitioning from health coaching to energetic coaching stemmed from a desire to enhance the depth of her client interactions and delve into a different type of holistic experience. She felt like something was missing when it came to the focus on health and well-being. Beyond the typical lifestyle recommendations for good health. Pulling from her personal life experience in energy work, she created a new path for the way she works with her clients.

With close to a decade of coaching experience, Megan remains a committed lifelong learner, always eager to uncover deeper layers of managing health and well-being. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated dog mom and perpetually curious individual. Pursuing a what she loves everyday.

Professional Bio

My most precious resource is my energy. I realized that at a point in my life when I didn’t have any. No matter how much rest I got. I was always drained. It affected every part of my life. I didn’t want to do anything. I wasn’t showing up to social events. I wasn’t doing much to take care of myself. I wasn’t advancing in life. I was just existing.

Something had to change and it was me.

Once I started to pay attention to my daily choices and notice what was actually draining my energy, I then started to do more things that help feed and support my energy.

I started taking care of myself be taking care of the vessel that is my body. Providing it nourishing food, adequate sleep and movement. Resting when it called for it.

I got better at time management. I was doing too much and not slowing down enough.

I also began paying attention to how I cared for mental and emotional space. The way I spoke to myself. My internal conversation was draining me further. I checked in with the boundaries I had (or lacked) with others and adjusted accordingly. I surrounded myself with people that I find nourishing and supportive.

Then I started working on my energetic body. By supporting it with regular energy management tools. Energy work was a game changer for me! This gave me what I needed to fully tune into myself. To slow down and listen to what my energy was telling me it needed. To trust what my intuition was telling me. It was all here to support me and my highest good.

Now I am able to be more engaged in activities that I love. I show up for social events. I am fully present and not thinking about how soon I can leave. I feel better on many levels. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I feel focused and clear.

I now tune into my energy and listen to what it needs.

I love myself more than I ever have.

All because I focused on what was most important in life; my energy: mind, body and spirit.
